forpeople - Graphics & Digital Intern

forpeople develop distinctly human brands, products and
 experiences with some of the world’s most exciting and
 innovative companies.  Tackling their every challenge with the same
experiential approach: feel. think. do. 14 years has seen them grow across
 every facet of brand and design — in product, spatial, graphic & digital
 design, moving image, strategy and vision — and create work like no-one else.  

This role consists of contributing to the creation of new brand graphics,
 identity, visual communication, art direction, photography, service designs, user
 interfaces, spatial, product and experiential solutions for forpeople Clients. 
As a Graphics and Digital Design consultant intern, I apply my own learning,
 developing knowledge, productively with a sense of urgency. 

Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of projects by gathering 
input, exploring initial ideas, developing the chosen ideas, testing and improving
 them, and building presentations to communicate progress.

June 2018
Loughborough University - Student Ambassador

Ambassador for the Art & Design Foundation and 
Graphic Communication courses providing guidance to prospective
students looking to study at Loughborough University. My role included 
sharing my experiences and assisting with the smooth running of both days.

SomeBrightSpark - Graphic Design Intern

Worked for this content design and live production agency, delivering
projects for global clients in various industries such as retail, utilities
and transport.

Freelance Work

I have built a healthy portfolio of freelance work, delivering brand identity
projects for a number of private clients and charities including sports journalism,
 confectionery and training start-ups and university society events.

William Bailey - Building Services Technician

Developed new skills quickly in a diverse construction site environment,
to ensure building maintenance was completed systematically
and efficiently.

Loros Bookstore - Volunteer Customer Retail Assistant

Worked in a busy retail environment, with responsibility in running the
till, receiving donations and managing stock. This work involved
communicating with customers of different ages and backgrounds.
