Brief - Create a visual identity for Kent based professional property investor, creating a foundation for its luxury property portfolio.
Project - I've created a bespoke brand that has been considered for all relevant touchpoints, its identity is flexible, allowing it to be adjusted based on location. Pincrofts logo uses a classic serif type, combined with Founders Grotesk, offering legibility on the locator name. It's sleek and classic icon emphasises location but also acting as a framing device for marketing. Location-based intrinsics reflect upon the companies high-end, luxurious property portfolio, with the reduced colour palette also emphasising this.
